Nicholas is a real estate investor, robotics engineer, and co-founder of Timber Ridge Investments. He and his wife, Reba, have been investing in real estate since 2018. Together with the Timber Ridge team, they own, operate, and manage a portfolio consisting of Self Storage and residential properties.

Nicholas enjoying spending time with his son Levi and is excited to meet his second child due in the spring of 2024. In addition to spending time with his family, he also enjoys serving in his church, being outdoors, playing musical instruments, and pickleball.

Reba is a real estate investor, stay-at-home mother, and co-founder of Timber Ridge Investments. She and her husband, Nicholas, have been investing in real estate since 2018. Together with the Timber Ridge team, they own, operate, and manage a portfolio consisting of Self Storage and residential properties.

Reba enjoys spending time with her son Levi and teaching him new things. She is very excited about being pregnant with her second child due in the spring of 2024! In addition to spending time with her family, she also enjoys serving in the church children’s ministries, traveling, doing arts & crafts, and baking.

Cameron Barsanti is a real estate investor, coach, and founder of Angels Crest Capital, Blue River Investors Group, and StorageLife. He and his wife and co-founder Cristina del Rosario reside in Corrales, New Mexico. They specialize in the acquisition and operation of self-storage facilities nationwide, with a focus in the Southwest. As a seasoned expert in self storage, Cameron and his companies have acquired 12 self storage facilities.

Prior to real estate, Cameron worked in Hollywood as a television and film actor, producer, and screenwriter. With over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Cameron has developed a strength for building prosperous relationships, raising capital, and encouraging those who aspire to invest in real estate.

Cameron and Cristina are extremely passionate about real estate and continue their pursuit of building meaningful relationships while expanding operations into new markets.
